  Oh I see, it doesn't accept PDF. I clicked "order" and got this:

  The file for Sketch Sheet template is not a jpg, jpeg, png or gif file

  Whoops! Something went wrong trying to base your model on the template!

  We got the following error: ImageResizer - Unsupported format:

  Thanks, it appears to be working now, although it can't generate a thumbnail for the uploaded PDF.

  Hi,

  thank you for reporting this! I can confirm that the page doesn't look right. Uploading a scanned PDF does seem to work for me; could you please explain step by step what happens when you try to upload something?
