  Hi 7Plain,

  I think there's some confusion here: while you can update your username, this is not the same as your shop name. The shop name is not something you can change yourself at this moment - to do this, you should contact our customer support team at service@shapeways.com and they'll do it for you.

  I've just verified that changing your forum signature should work immediately.

  Hi, I was wondering if this bug has been fixed ? Coz' my shop page remain the same with incorrect names.

  I have been waiting for days. I had changed my user name and forum signature from capital letters into small letters. But at public page, the shop name and designer name did not update.

  Public pages may need a few hours to update. Could you please check again and see if your name has changed?

  seems that the user name and forum name can be changed and saved. But the public page still not updating.
