computer generated image not updating
If you update a model the computer generated image is not updating to show the current state of the model.
Having seen an error in a model I uploaded, I corrected it but the image shown to the public is still the one with the error.
I'm sure this used to update.

Hi mikefford,
rendering the 360 degree viewer takes much longer than the initial images. Could you please revisit your model and check if the 360 view has been updated by now?
To be clear, it shouldn't be a matter of hours or even days before it updates, but the 360 view render runs on a lower priority than the regular images. So in busy times it can be delayed a bit.

The rendered image updates, but the 3D rotating model doesn't update when you add a replacement model. It shows the old model. Can this be fixed?

Works better than before, but still broken for a model I changed today. I accidentally uploaded the wrong file, noticed my mistake when the picture on "My Models" changed and went to Edit Mode. While in Edit Mode I got a "Picture still generating" message. Then I uploaded the correct file. The small picture in Edit Mode shows the new model, the picture on "My Models" has not updated and displays the accidental upload.
Several other model that I also changed today show the correct picture.

Yes, it seems to be solved. Even the model I uploaded a month ago now displays correctly.

Hmmm, the issue is still marked 'unresolved' in our internal issue tracker. I'm trying to get this confirmed now, I'll get back to you asap!

It's a general problem, there are various posts in the forum where others are complaining, too.
