Improved Order Logging
It would be very helpful if all orders were logged in the Excel file or at least permanently listed somewhere, regardless of whether they earned a markup or not. I would also like to have the customer name listed so I can reference the model and check the file if there is a problem. I currently re-upload every co-creator model I sell to my shop so I can have this ability, but it clutters my shop and does not allow me to send a message to the customer.
I propose adding the following fields to the Excel record:
-Customer Name
-User Name
-Order date and time.

i voted on the reporting all sales without markup. but as much as I would like customer name I do not agree with it for customer privacy.
the really important thing is shapeways must report all sales even with 0% markup for transparency. If a markup is 0% it is likely a mistake either by myself or shapeways(for my account usually shapeways). This would let us know
1) when a m,istake has been made quickly(get email telling of sale with 0 markup)
2) let us know how much shapeways has screwed us out of from bugs like there has been in the past where shapeways added new materials and set the markup to $0.Because of 2. I will never fully trust shapeways until they start making the policy to report $0 markup sales.
