Please describe your problem/bug/idea below:

Fix that models can't be updated, if "available in material" list is empty.

(no suitable material/size error)

    Hey rbos,

thank you for your feedback! We're currently in the process of updating all our automated emails including this one. Also, you should now not be able to deselect the last available material for an object anymore. There's only one case that still allows this, which is if we discontinue a material and that material is the only selected material for your object.

It's a bit of an edge case, but I'm forwarding this issue to our development team so they can make our site more robust.

    We'll keep you updated!

    Bart

    Another thought on this.
In case it is difficult to fix or takes developers capacity that you just don't have now, why not just update the email message that is being send out? In the email that you receive now, it only states:
"Based upon the size, volume and wallthickness of your product there is no printer available which is able to print your product. Please adjust the volume and/or size of your product."
If there would be a paragraph added, like:
"In case you are updating a rejected model from an order, please make sure in your material list, your default material is ticked. If this is not the case, your update will fail."
at least you would be hinted to check on this....

This is still happening (1st March) and took me many uploads, removing areas from my model, just to try to figure out why it didn't upload correctly anymore. Until I realised the material list was empty. Then it's a lot of work to get that fixed (allow public viewing, set the default material, and set private again)....I had also already contacted customer support about this, but they apparently also weren't aware of this problem....not so good
