The UPS rates prevent a lot of overseas customers from buying items. Please come up with a way to allow customers to choose different postage rates.

Many of us currently use co-creators to stand in for jewelry sizes but this is awkward because we constantly have to reupload the same models over and over again.

I'd like to have the necklaces back. Other options of necklace would be great too, but just the original necklace would be great.

Right now you can put two objects in one file if it is an earring or cufflink. All other multiple objects will be rejected. E.g. a locket, made of two parts, won't be printed.
It should be possible two put at least two objects in one file, no matter what it is.

Sales that only effect printing cost can give away markup amounts. I would like 2 things to fix this problem

1) at least 3 days notice of sales that only effect print cost
2) ability to upload csv file to go into effect at time of sale

in this way i can adjust my markups to result in nice sales values that do not give away what my markup is.

Currently silver can be ordered as "normal' and "glossy"

I would like to suggest adding a patina finish to it as a third option,
Patina is a black tarnish that forms on silver when it is submerged in certain chemicals. After the tarnish has formed a polishing round will remove most of the tarnish and cause the silver to shine again.
The more secluded parts like seams, dimples or recessed parts will remain dark.

This will add a great deal of detail to any product that is printed in sterling silver

So we can mass edit all data for all models offline. The only way to manage large shops or changes. Or do something similar in an effective and fast!!! way. I personally spent more time in managing this during the last months then in doing new things ...

In an ongoing saga, I have had a model rejected time and time again... the latest rejection was for a model that CS said should be ok based on feedback from the production partner.

Having an image showing thin areas might seem all good and well, but without a proper explaination of WHY the print failed is pretty pointless.

From time to time, I have changted the name of a model, without actually changing the underlying file. It'd be helpful to be able to track sales by sort/group on the Model# instead of the Name.

While we have analytics now, a page view count on the model page can be very usefull

We can currently either have a model public (on website and shop) or private. By setting a model that is private to for sale we can get a third state where the model is accessible using a private key.
What I'd like however, is another view state: one where the model is not listed on your shop, but is still accessible via the normal URL (without the private key). I want to avoid cluttering my shop with models that are not really relevant any more, but I do not want to break existing links.

I noticed another feedback page that talked about a similar error where you could format a product's description to your heart's desire, but the formatting would not stay. Everything would clump back up into one giant wall of text. It seemed it was fixed late January, but I still have this problem. Is it just me doing something wrong or is this still a bug?

Mcor Technologies has a 3d printer which ises standard copy paper as the medium, with great results, and a vastly lower materials cost. consider adding one to shapeways?

The current items are near invisible on high brightness screens.
And even when visible, they hardly indicate what they do and are not very inviting to click.
If i do not explicitly point people to the video they often miss it's there..
