Enable rich formatted text for comments we post
Comments on the website lose their formatting. All readability is now gone.
I posted a comment on a page (http://www.shapeways.com/model/63055/logo_brangingiron.html) that has some 'returns' (to make paragraphes for more readability). I'm not sure if 'returns' is the good word, but I mean a white rule in between to sets of text.
Anyway, all these white rules where gone when the comment got posted and now all readability is gone. Got some url links to pictures in the post as well, but those are very hard to be seen and not even clickable. Another things that I think that…

Shapeways blog sporadically prevents users from leaving comments
The blog will reject all captcha entries as wrong at random times. This has been confirmed on Chrome on Windows Vista Home Premium SP2, and has surfaced one other browsers/setups in the past.

Co-Creator bug - can't scroll in edit mode
When trying to edit the template for my co creator, if I add too many options I can't scroll down to access the "Save Template Details" button. Mouse scroll moves the greyed out background, not the template I'm working with, and I don't see another scrolling option. http://shpws.me/3XEG

Number of favorites in the feed doesn't match number on model detail page
The number of favorites that you see on the feed does not seem to match the number that's shown on a model detail page. In addition, some objects clearly have LOTS of favorites, but it seems like there's a maximum of 12 being shown?

student editions of mayor CAD-Programs - Licence problems
As I read the Tutorials about Solidworks and how to export to .stl files, I missed any hint regarding the Licence of those Student editions.
If anyone would read the Licence of those educational editions, he could find a paragraph which clearly forbids any commercial use of the Program and its models.
This would make any of those models sold in a shop illegal.
So I would like to see a note on the tutorials page which hints at those legal issues.2 votes -
Blog: the link in the subscription confirmation e-mail leads to a page not properly designed
When you subscribe to a blog entry, you receive an e-mail that ask for confirmation. The link to confirm your subscription leads to a page that is not formatted as the other Shapeways' pages (as if the CSS was missing).

I cannot seem to edit my co-creator on an item? What am I doing wrong?

Restore refunds for misprints
Recent feedback:
I know we have been refunding these kind of prints in the past, but since we have put this on the website we are warning people that this can happen and we unfortunately can't compensate this any more. I know that this is a disappointment, but this is the way 3D printing does work. You can see print lines on models, which we call stepping, and this does happen a lot with these small airplane models.
We have tried a lot of things, by putting them differently in the printer, but unfortunately it does happen to these models.

Consistent order numbers in each and every message
ex. "Your model has been shipped" has no order number at all ex. "Your order 36794 at Shapeways" and "Shapeways | Order 133629 was cancelled" have no apparent relation

"Add to favorites" missing/broken on co-creator
The initial page is missing the top right heart and "add to favorite" link.
The (second) personalize page, contains the old star and "add to favorite" link.
which does not do anything when clicked.(FF8 Win7)
1 voteHurrah! This one has been added to our developer’s todo list. As we have to properly apply the new design to the ‘personalize’ page, we’ve chosen to take the ‘add to favorites’ off that page for now. It’ll be back asap. [bart]

Blog: Homepage recognized as Spam
For weeks now I have been unable to add my website into the Homepage field of the Blog. Every time I add my Wordpress blog address I get an error message stating that I am Spamming the site! Remove the address and all is fine again. I have no idea if this only applies to Wordpress addresses but it should be looked into. It has not been a problem in the past (seems that applies to a few current problems that have only just now popped up).

unable to change my user name or forum signature
I had tried to change my user name or forum name from capital letters into small letters, or into another name. When I click on Save, I got a message saying "error".

Create you own ring Easy Creator HTML broken
The uploader page for the Ring Easy Creator: http://www.shapeways.com/model/130195/ is broken.
There appears to be malformed HTML and the upload doesn't seem to go anywhere.

Download button for Order Overview is hidden
I'm using Win7/IE9 .. for the last couple of days, the link to download the Order Overview Spreadsheet has been hidden behind the "Shop Settings" Header.
